چکیده

Background There are no radiographic studies in Nepalese population for determination of sagittal root positioning maxillary anterior teeth. The and angulation plays a vital role case selection immediate implant placement.
Objective To evaluate, classify compare position between different teeth.
Method A 2-year retrospective study was conducted on 100 patients (53 males 47 females) who fulfilled the inclusion criteria using cone beam computed tomographic images. relationship tooth to its alveolar housing were recorded as Class I IV. In addition, relative process also measured.
Result (SRP) calculated six teeth average found be 87.83% I, 6.67% II, 0.67% III 5.17% IV respectively. mean higher with canines both side whereas lateral incisors had lesser angulation. Root maximum 10-20 degrees where placement is possible.
Conclusion Within limitations this study, showed favorable result placement. Maximum close exception few
